I was not informed of any delay when I arrived. I waited an hour to see Dr Karihaloo. I then asked the staff for an ETA and they said I was to be seen after the next client. As I was already late to return to work, I informed them that I was leaving. I thought that they might follow up, but they did not. I contacted them twice to make another appointment and both attempts were ignored. I'll go elsewhere.
A big thank you to the receptionist Bec, who went way above expectations with persistence and patience to search and get me an appointment for an urgent PET scan. She is a true professional.
Dr David Burnett is an incredibly dedicated doctor whose service to the community is a shining example of what a doctor should be . His professional impact on my life and health has been life changing and life -sustaining. I have no doubt I would be no longer walking this Earth without him .
