I had shoulder surgery today, and the treatment was excellent, with no discomfort. And the complaints in the comments seem unfounded. I'd give the staff, nurses, and doctors a perfect 10/10 for their kindness. The snacks were delicious, too. My only complaint: I wish the nurse had been more professional when inserting the needle and blood. Other than that, there's nothing else to complain about.
My experience during my procedure was fantastic. And afterwards, Jack in billing did a wonderful job of helping me figure out a payments issue.
