This was our first experience at this location and I left very unhappy. Issues started the day before we were scheduled to be there with reminder texts giving us different arrival times. So many that we had to call to verify the time. When we arrived and my husband was taken back, the nurse stated she would come get me once he was settled. A different nurse came out and gave me about 2 mins in the back with him. The staff at the surgery center is Top Notch and took care of me like I was a member of their family. I would like to personally give my thanks to Whitney, Tia, Vicky, Rachel and Jennifer. Dr. Harold Weems and the anesthesiologist whose name I have forgotten. Thanks for taking care of me.
We are extremely pleased with this Center, and all of the Staff present today for my Sinus Surgery. All of my needs were addressed, without my having to ask. Everyone was very friendly and efficient! It is quite refreshing to have such knowledgeable and friendly treatment in our current time. We can highly recommend them.
I am deeply disappointed with the care my child received at this surgery center. The staff showed a complete lack of understanding and empathy. When they took my child away for anesthesia, they moved slowly and insisted on trying to get my child to wave goodbye, despite already being upset, which only made things worse. I could hear their cries growing louder and more desperate from the waiting area. Once the procedure was quickly finished, I could clearly hear my child screaming, and I had to stand up and demand to see them... read more
