In this emergency, the staff was attentive and involved with the correct medications and questions; however, 2 women were waiting when the ambulance attendants wheeled my unresponsive husband through the doors wanting insurance and personal information. Informed they had the needed information they were insistent and intrusive at a critical life situation. In addition, 4 months ago the ER physician misdiagnosed a gangrenous gallbladder as nothing wrong but required Tylenol #4 for pain; surgery was performed 5 days later. I n... read more

My 6 year old was there yesterday for his tonsils to be removed, and ended up having some post-op bleeding issues requiring emergent surgery. The OR staff, Day surgery staff, CRNA's, everyone was amazing. They had my son back in surgery within minutes, and took such good care of us during a very stressful time. The nurses that took care of us on med surg were also very attentive and kind.
On behalf of the Thompson family we would like to thank the.. nurses and staff on second floor Shaleta Ingram and Keisha and Ms Denise from physical therapy and whoever I missed ..Thanks for taking such good care of our Dad on his stay...Job well done!
