I was very nervous for my first colonoscopy here and all the staff and nurses were so kind, they made it a great experience for me (well, as great as a colonoscopy could be). Check in was smooth. Pre-op is in one big room with other patients so it’s a bit overwhelming. The nurses and anesthesiologist walk you through everything beforehand. We were in and out within 3 hours! I wish I could give this place 0/5 stars. The front of office staff are not equipped for their jobs. They are not helpful and will leave you on hold for 20+ minutes every time you try to get ahold of them. I was overcharged by a lot of money, was told Id receive it back, never did! My procedure went well - but I will NEVER use this place again due to how they handle situations and their phones.
Had a wonderful experience today for my colonoscopy. The facility's staff were very pleasant and helpful. The nurse...Yamilet (if I remember correctly) was awesome! I have no brusing at the spot she entered to start my IV. Dr Goldstein, her nurse anesthetist, and the rest of her team were wondeful! Just impressive!!
Horrible experience, do not go there if you need help especially if you’re in a wheelchair.
It would appear that good communication is an issue for this place. A few days before my colonoscopy, they called me to confirm my appointment and I had to answer a questionnaire. I arrived at the time of my appointment and they informed me that my appointment was cancelled without any notice. They told me that they cancelled it since they were out of network from my insurance.
