Dr. Hector Gonzalez and Team (Juliana, Alex, Mark, Brittany) were amazing, so helpful and kind throughout the entire process, making it a pleasant experience, which is extremely helpful when you are nervous. The lobby is definitely small and cramped but don't let that fool you. Even though I waited over an hour the staff is AMAZING. Literally all the nurses, front desk staff and doctors were soooo kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. Especially the nurse Brian (i think) and the anesthesiologist (Gadalla?), definitely in good hands here.

I had a great experience with this facility! I went in for a colonoscopy and endoscopy and the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and care teams were all amazing. Communication before my appointment was also great. Nurse Brandon was awesome as was the little bald fella with a mustache who somehow I didn’t catch/remember his name (sorry!!!) but he took my vitals and was so friendly and kind and funny!! The wait times are ridiculous. Im going to research for another doctor/facility to do the remainder of my treatments. Still waiting since 10;30 am. Currently 12:35 Then no one ever contacted my rode to pick me.so I had to wait another hour for my ride once I called her. Very disorganized.
