I want to be fair that the wait was reasonable (45 mins) the staff was very nice in handling me to room. The only red flag I felt was that the staff appeared too nice as if they were fearing authority of whoever is managing the facility. I want to make everyone aware that the policy needs to be at least 3 weeks or more from the previous surgery, otherwise, they will escort you out and getting your money back will be a huge pain.
