The nursing staff is great. They made me very comfortable and explained everything. Everyone was professional and bedside manner was top notch . No one wants to be there but they make it a ok.
Had to wait a very long time after my appointment time to be taken in. Very quick to charge you for procedures at the time but almost impossible to get a refund. The person in charge of refunds never answers the phone or reply to messages left with other people. My health insurance company tried for over a week to get hold of them with no luck. The medical staff were great even though all they did was talk about lunch while I had been fasting for 24 hours. lol
This is really an amazing place. All of the workers are so nice and really care about your well being. They take good care of you and know what they are doing. I had my procedures done by Dr Marney Goldstein. From the minute you meet her you feel like you are in good hands.you can feel that she really cares and when she speaks that feeling is reassured. I was very nervous for my first colonoscopy here and all the staff and nurses were so kind, they made it a great experience for me (well, as great as a colonoscopy could be). Check in was smooth. Pre-op is in one big room with other patients so it’s a bit overwhelming. The nurses and anesthesiologist walk you through everything beforehand. We were in and out within 3 hours! I wish I could give this place 0/5 stars. The front of office staff are not equipped for their jobs. They are not helpful and will leave you on hold for 20+ minutes every time you try to get ahold of them. I was overcharged by a lot of money, was told Id receive it back, never did! My procedure went well - but I will NEVER use this place again due to how they handle situations and their phones.
