Appointment was at 9 AM. I was finally brought back to start prepping after 11. It is currently 12:57 PM and I still have not been taken back for surgery. Not to mention nothing to eat or drink since midnight. I was told pt prior to me had difficulty. I guess all the patients did since my appt was at 9!
I must say that 5 stars simply isn’t enough. I had knee surgery here today and all fear was wiped away by courteousness and professionalism shown by the staff. Dr. Hunter is soo EXTREMELY amazing, and is such a joy as a person as well as an experienced Dr. Wish I could give a million stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.
I have been waiting for my refund from a canceled surgery since July. I have been told I would have this completed by October. I have been more than patient in regards to this matter!
The staff here are wonderful. The front desk staff called me ahead of time to let me know what my payment would be and I was able to pay on the phone and not worry about paying on the day of surgery. They offered a payment plan if I needed and were very kind. The check in process was super easy and the procedure was over in the blink of an eye. Everyone here are truly great people. Thank you.
