They need to learn how to read and follow directions. I have a standing order from when I first got pregnant that states HCG every other day ×2. As in TWICE, that's it. It also states TSH once a month and progesterone once a week. Yet every time I tell them to please stop drawing the HCG - I already know I'm pregnant and it's progressing well. I don't need to be billed for these over and over and we already did the TWO on the order. I even crossed it out in sharpie. They also keep drawing TSH that's only MONTHLY. Progesteron... read more
Not loving this entire Corewell Health System. Chaos & it's difficult to find where to go. You can't print test orders on-line & I only know that I'm here for a blood draw. I sure do miss HFH.
On April 9th I had major foot surgery at this facility. I was very impressed. Every person from the person who signed me in, to the last person that took me out to my car after surgery was so amazing. Everyone was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and just a true blessing to us that day. I apologize that we don't remember any of their names. That happens in old age. I would highly recommend this facility!
