Got a ct scan for my ear, i asked the people who did my scan if i needed physical copies of my scans to give to my specialist, they insisted that i didn’t over 5 times. it is now a week later im waiting for my specialist to call me back, i call them and ask if corewell sent my scans, they said i need a physical copy to bring in no fax from corwell. They need to learn how to read and follow directions. I have a standing order from when I first got pregnant that states HCG every other day ×2. As in TWICE, that's it. It also states TSH once a month and progesterone once a week. Yet every time I tell them to please stop drawing the HCG - I already know I'm pregnant and it's progressing well. I don't need to be billed for these over and over and we already did the TWO on the order. I even crossed it out in sharpie. They also keep drawing TSH that's only MONTHLY. Progesteron... read more
Not loving this entire Corewell Health System. Chaos & it's difficult to find where to go. You can't print test orders on-line & I only know that I'm here for a blood draw. I sure do miss HFH.
