I have brought many patients to this surgery center over the past year and have had very pleasant and helpful front office workers, BUT today I was taken aback at how rude they "Lady" at the front desk was. Never dealt with her before but I would suggest that the powers that be check into her customer service skills. She has none. I intend to warn any more new patients that come here to beware. Now I know why the majority of my patients have opted to go elsewhere.
Well I am supposed to be having hand surgery tomorrow. Was told that the schedule team will call me the day before between 3pm-7pm and let me k ow what time my surgery is. Never got a call. I live 2.5 hrs away. Called the after hour line and left my information with the person. Nothing back. Its now 8pm.
Ok everyone, this place is the BEST! I have been suffering for almost 2 years with chronic neck pain and several of my friends recommended Dr. Marshal Meier at Flagstaff Bone and Joint. I had a great appointment with him at the main office and then we scheduled my outpatient procedure today. 5 Stars to the doctors and staff! I have been a patient for over two years now and several procedures. I have ALWAYS paid my bill in full or n a payment plan….which was ALWAYS paid off earlier than expected. And now, all of a sudden, they don’t take payments???? I am a sole provider for my household and I also take care of my 85 year old Mother. I don’t have $1300 for my procedure.
