This place was amazing. i have had quite a few surgeries and wish they had all been here. From the front staff to the nurses in the preop area (Rachel) to my anesthesiologist (Bill0 and the post op nurse I was well taken care of and at ease the entire time. If only more facilities had such great people like this I am sure more people would be less scared about having a procedure or surgery. Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of me
I recommend this place, all the staff is very friendly and polite. The nurses are the best, specially Grace,Serena and Julia. The girls at the front desk, Stella and Joanna, were very friendly. And last but not least, my anesthetist, Vanessa, was very sweet and made me feel less nervous.
first i cant get a human on the phone to answer any questions , secondly, i was placed on hold by a rude an unprofessional person who seemed more interested in talking about finding a rich husband ,AND yes i heard her entire conversation with other staff who also spoke freely about coding and internal workflow (HIPPA) I'm sure this is violation , over the past two days i have been trying to reach a person named Daisha , and still have not contacted and or spoken with this person about a up and coming PROCEDURE that I'm payin... read more
We would like to thank the staff from registration desk Rebecca and Johonna ,preop nurses Grace & Monica , Anesthesia, Dr Weisberg, procedure staff( ladies and gentlemen ) you are the best, Dr Arai and recovery nurses Stephanie & Barbara for giving us excellent care.
I would like to take a moment and recognize this surgical center. My wife had a procedure done here on August 18th. The service from check in, to check out was impeccable. My wife was extremely nervous to begin with. Nurse Rachel was the nurse in pre op. She calmed my wife down and made her feel very comfortable. In recovery Nurse Dawn was amazing. She made sure my wife was well taken care of. She walked my wife to the car and made sure everything was ok before we left.
