I had a scheduled virtual appt in January. Dr. Wasn't available to meet with me even though I had been waiting since December. I advised the nurse that I wanted an appt asap since they called me the day of to schedule. It is now nearly 30 days later and no attempt to call me and reschedule. This is very unprofessional.
Isabel was my patient coordinator and she was amazing from the start. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and was always patient when answering my questions even after I went home. Dr. Curtis also made me feel very welcomed and explained everything clearly, which made the process easy to understand. I am extremely happy with my results and got exactly what I asked for. If you are thinking about getting a procedure please come see Isabel and Dr. Curtis. You will not regret it :)
I had a TT, breast implants exchange and torso lipo done by Dr. Curtis. The whole experience was good and I’m very happy with my results. From the beginning, the staff was polite, knowledgeable, supportive and very helpful. They always answered my text and calls, before and after the procedure.
