Employees are very rude
Being new to the area, we were searching for a professional contractor to perform work to our horse barn. Unfortunately, Surgent does not offer the type of work we needed done; however, the office Mgr was kind enough to reach out to a contractor they use for similar work we needed done and referred us to them. We now have an exceptional contractor to provide the services we need and am so grateful to Surgent for unselfishly paying it forward to us.
