I would like start by saying the Service and Parts Departments at Surgenor’s on Prince of Wales Drive in Barrhaven are top notch. A big thank you to Dan Brown my service advisor who was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable and kept me updated with texts. I forgot to obtain the name of the Parts Clerk but he was great as well. Five Star service overall and I will return. Thanks again

Can not recommend service here. Had an issue which sucks and can be avoided, but as a business owner I understand communication issues or sometimes in life poop happens. But then to make me wait for a new appointment after paying and finding an improperly performed job, no accountability taken. Clearly recorded miscommunications which could’ve been hashed out, I didn’t want some massive compensation just wanted the job done properly without being charged twice and made to wait twice for an appointment.
