Surge is truly the best of the best. This gym caters to powerlifting, strongman, and boxing as well as general fitness without the hyped up gymbro culture. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The gym is big and has enough equipment that its rare to have to wait or someone usually lets you work in with them. I have been working with Sergio and Coach Mike Since October 2024 for powerlifting coaching and weekly in person team lifts at Surge. They have helped me improve my technique and overall meet total by a lot! Sergio has been a great coach and mentor to me during this time and I can't wait for my next meet in Sept!
Absolutely an amazing gym that caters to powerlifting strongman and boxing. Everyone is welcoming and always helpful. Coach Sergio and Coach Mike are amazing coaches that are available to help you out and come up with a program that is tailored to your needs.
