Today was my first visit at Surge and what a workout! The instructor was so nice and really motivating. The atmosphere is awesome and they provide you with everything you could need and more (hair ties, phone charger, extra water, apples, etc.).

I love this studio so much that I started teaching here 😉😉. It’s more than just cardio, it’s a total body workout that’s inspiring and motivating.

The first class is hard but the rest are so much fun and worth it! The instructors are inviting, friendly, and supportive. I am so happy to have surge spin in Lafayette. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

Had a really fun spin class at Surge in Lafayette. Initially missed the entrance and had to maneuver around the business park to get there. It's a great space! You can request to borrow spin shoes at no extra charge with the class. It is most definitely a different spin class. It's more than cycling. You'll use weights, do push-ups on the bike handles as you cycle, and more! You're in the dark with pretty much only the instructor illuminated. Reserve in advance through their app and enjoy! Love this location as well! I have been going to the location in Brighton but I had to check this location out too. It's a cool area and great energy. People were inviting and instructors are awesome too. Kicked my butt but classes are always fun and gives a great workout!!!!
