Avoid! The owner Amber lacks honesty and integrity. She had me cancel plans in order to setup a private session with her, that was even reconfirmed just hours before the appointment. Then she no called and no showed after the efforts I made to accommodate her schedule. Severe lack of human decency.
I was hesitant to try spin, because I had a peloton and didn’t like it at all. My friend took me here on my birthday and we have gone consistently since. I like all the classes, but especially love Erica’s classes.
I absolutely love surge it had changed my life for the better 🥰
