I have recently attempted to rent a property from this company. Jay Huntley was the person that was doing my application and has terrible communication skills I am shocked he has been able to keep his job. Made several contacts with him never would respond other than text message and was the first to apply and strung along for 5 days to be told that they decided to go with another applicant after spending significant amount for doing the application. Please stay away from this Scam artist .
Sarah has been helping us manage our Strata here in Courtenay for a couple of years now after our previous Management company retired. I have have no complaints and just complements in the way she has helped us as a Strata with some quite complex issues. Always willing to answer our questions & concerns promptly & clearly.
