We had some initial issues with the installation of pathway lighting. Conduit was placed with irregular spacing just before our concrete pour and there were problems with the hot water timer. It was frustrating and stressful at the time, especially given the scale of the project. That said, I really appreciate that Nick came back to fix everything properly. Very happy with Nick and the team from Surge It Solar. Nick came out and inspected the existing system and provided reasonable quotes for the options we had discussed. With his help (and after plenty of research), I selected the right solar setup for my needs. The installation team was on time, polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and advised me on progress throughout. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest, I believe Surge It provided good value products and quality service.

I submitted an online request for a Technician to come and look at my issue with the Solar Inverter after the cyclone Alfred fiasco. Nick called me the same day in the afternoon and made arrangements for a Technician to come. Two Technicians arrived on the Friday of that week and sorted out the issue. They were very professional and helpful and gave good advice. They also replaced by circuit breaker at no charge. They never tried to sell me their products or sell other Solar products.
