Wish i could give them a zero!!! I have been warned, but made the mistake to join, and deeply regret it! Everyone is super nice until you join! Every gym has different equipment, and i simply asked if a member of staff could show me how the equipment work, but they just said no, and that i need to book a personal trainer if i need help. Surge AKA CLUB LIME - Well, it takes a lot for me to give a 1 star review. My reviews are 99% 5 stars.... All I can say is AVOID ANY CLUB LIME . They are deceitful and very UNETHICAL. I completed 12 months with SURGE, no issue. After my 12 months I asked them to just continue as before. NO they said, new club so need to go onto their new contract, NO LOCK in or restrictions.
