I have been a loyal member of this gym for over three years, and I am extremely disappointed. Under the new management, there has been almost zero real communication. The gym was renamed, the layout and equipment changed, and the access system updated, but members were not properly informed. As a FIFO worker with a busy schedule, I don't sit refreshing my emails. Disregarded long term members, turning into another same same generic gym. Poor communication.

Joined this gym in February, I absolutely love it, staff are friendly and helpful, like little gym community, I also take my 2 kids to crèche and ladies in there are so good with them specially with my 4 year old who has autism, I seen Sian pt for 2 sessions she’s great so comfortable she’s so lovely, and do reformer the instructors are great too, definitely recommend this gym don’t get put off with the bad reviews it’s doesn’t define a place 😊😊
