Not very user friendly, everything is about money! Surge was way better & understanding when you have to freeze for any personal reason just use the app. Now club lime is charging money to freeze our act if you are unable to use the gym.
Not a fan of the new ladies section. Not impressed with the efficiency of machine repair. Machines have been out of action for weeks now making it hard to do routines
So disappointed with Club Lime. I have been a Surge member for years and the staff were always so lovely. The female 'manager' is so rudet and sarcastic I'm not sure how she is allowed to deal with customers. The ladies gym equipment is older than most of the people that use it. It is so outdated and worn out, apart from the walls having been painted black which is depressing, no other changes appear to have happened for some time.
