I have been around gyms for many many years and this gym couldn't be more spotless. Every part is clean, always smells fresh. It's a credit considering the high volume of participants and being a 24/7 gym. Well done Butler.
Great gym, endless amenities and classess offered! Reasonable prices The club definitely needs a good clean. The staff are always wiping the seat surfaces, however the dirft buildup around the rubber floor panels, machine structures etc is starting to get quite gross. It's a 50/50 chance that there will be no antibacterial wipes when you go. The surge Fitness branding is still present across half the gym and much of the equipment has deteriorated. 🔥🔥Review edit🔥🔥 Since being taken over the place has rapidly gone down hill. Staff are still very friendly and the PTs are great. This is cutting corners at its best from having great cleaners to having none. Piss overflowing in the men's toilets and chewing gum left all over the place steam room stinking of mould dust all over the gym floor fans caked in dust and weights left all over the place. It is not my usual practice to write negative reviews, as you can see from my review history, but I feel it is crucial to inform potential customers about my troubling experience regarding the billing practices at this gym. Clublime Butler is fantastic! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly; they always say hello, which makes such a difference. Sophie the manager is an absolute 10/10! I’m currently training with one of the PTs who is amazing and really knows their stuff.
