I HIGHLY recommend Sergio to anyone interested in getting more fit! At 70 years old, I have worked with him for the last 8 months and am amazed at the progress I have experienced with his thoughtful guidance, feedback, and positive attitude!
Sergio is an amazing coach! I have watched him transform lives over the last few years and knew he would be the best fit to help me recover from my ankle injury and still keep me fit while I have to keep weight off my foot.
