Amazing service! Bought a new house in Randolph that I needed some work done in before moving in. Called in a panic since the original electrician I hired got injured and couldn't make it before we moved in. The Surge team was able to squeeze me in to get that work done well before moving in. Surge came in today with Jay and Sebastian to handle our electric panel and lighting in our master bedroom. Work came out great, ran into some issues but they were able to think on the fly and create great solutions. Quick to respond and great to work with, cannot recommend them enough!
Surge Electric has excellent communication, is professional, prompt, and conservative with repair costs. From the first time I called them with an issue, they provided a consult over the phone and recommended having JCPL come out. Over the next 6 months, JCPL came out numerous times, each time saying there is no problem on their end. During this time Surge made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, while being considerate of costs and not suggesting major repairs.
