My wife and I have been using John at Surge Electric for 34 years. First class experiences and service, very knowledgeable, efficient , and the prices have always been extremely reasonable! Very conscious of customer needs and requests. We highly recommend Surge Electric!!!!
Twice we have called Surge Electric with an emergency and both times they have come through for us. Once John came out on a Friday afternoon to fix a problem with our panel. Today, we had flames shooting out of an outlet, which almost started a fire. Brian put us first on his list. Did the job quickly. We were very appreciative.
I just met John for the first time yesterday -- he was referred by another electrician! Came out very quickly in response to an urgent issue. He was so very professional, knowledgeable, willing to educate, and helpful. Stayed late for me until every detail was exactly right on a complex situation -- and still charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
We have been using Surge since we moved to Raleigh. He is very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and fair pricing. John has always done his best to work on repairs as quicly as possible to not alter our lifestyle. He is really efficient and knows what he is doing. Also, important to know he is meticulouly clean.
