Let's start with the good, my nurses Ana, Lauren, and Ray were all absolutely amazing really top tier I loved them all. It's very hard to build trust a rapport with someone so quickly knowing they're going into a traumatic surgery. Keeping them calm and engaged and uplifted. I frankly hate leaving negative reviews, but the billing department doesn’t have its act together at all. They haven’t picked up the phone two days in a row. You leave messages on an answering machine and it says they will call back in 24 hours, which they haven’t. I’ve probably called at least 8 times over the last two days and have left two voicemails with zero response. I had a cyst removed from my scalp by Dr. Collins and team. I came in and there was one staff person behind the desk on the phone so I had a seat. Then another staff member came out and I overheard her say my name so I looked up and she seemed to feel a type of way about my being there because She was shaking her head in a weird way. She confirmed it was me and gave me paperwork to review and sign. Had a really pleasant experience here yesterday. Everyone was so nice and comforting from start to finish. I appreciated the call checking in on me this morning too!
This place is horrible. The nurses are so fake. They so worried about getting out on time.( I'm talking 3 to 4 hours early before their closing time which is at 5pm.) They treated me like I was a pest. When they get frustrated you will definitely receive their frustration and attitude. To make a long story short, after my surgery was done which was around 12 pm. Keep in mind they close at 5pm. In order for me to leave I needed someone to be with me. That person was my boyfriend. He needed to leave to get the car out the shop... read more
