Condo 402 was a cute place with three bedrooms and 2 baths. The balcony was a very nice size with a beautiful view of the beach and perfect sunrises. We had some issues when we arrived...tvs weren't working, soiled linens from previous tenants were left in a tote, and things weren't very clean. Instructions were to call if there were any issues, but they were already closed a little over an hour after we arrived. Great location. Close as you are going to get to beach from your balcony. Built after Hugo in 1989. Property has aged well. Property management and HOA could do better keeping up grounds and landscaping.
