Stayed on the 5th floor for a week. The location is very good for not being right on the beach. It's on a canal that leads to the intercostal. There are only 20 units. There's parking. The amenities on sight are a tennis court and a pool table. They let guests use the neighboring pool, which is very nice, but you have to go in through their front lobby and sign in. I come down to Pompano every year and stay here. I WILL NEVER AGAIN. Long story short I requested to cancel my reservation due to my daughter being in critical condition in the PICU. The response I got was sorry its already paid for and we cannot refund you. OK. no problem can we just change the dates a couple months down the road. Once again I got the same response.
