Our room was dirty when we checked in, pee on the toilet seat, smelly stains on the couch and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. The carpet was completely wet everywhere from when they shampooed it and it didn't dry for more than 2 days. The staff were super friendly and helpful but for over $200 a night I expected a clean room.

It was okay. There are a lot of stairs which it didn't say anything about that in the online purchases. The view was beautiful but it's not worth the money if your sore from sleeping in the shitty beds and the floor is more comfortable then the sleeping arrangements. The couch was so small you couldn't even sleep on that instead. The service wasn't great when we got there no one was in the office and had to wait a while before anyone noticed us and other customers waiting. We went for our vacation September 2025. The beds were uncomfortable, rooms were hot , no air conditioning, there were no elevators, front office was not informative and every time I tried to go to the front office no one was there and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before anyone showed up for check in / check out. We couldn't use the stove top because it was cracked but the oven worked fine. The price of the room was way too much for what we got.Very disappointed with our stay.
