Got the bid from Donnie (Surf Side Pool and Spa) for the spa construction (addition to existing pool). It was finished prior to the due date, the bid was accurate, no gotchas. I had to install a new pool heater which was due for replacement and that went great. The app to remotely monitor and control the spa/pool works great. It's also got an easy to use panel for guests, just push the button and that's it. The spa looks beautiful and the waterfall from the spa to the pool looks like it was installed together. Surf Side Pool & Spa built our pool. The pool and spa are beautiful and we love them! Donnie listened to us and built the pool just as we had discussed. Any questions or concerns we had in the process, Donnie was good to promptly get back to us. The pool was completed in the time frame just as he said it would be. We highly recommend Surf Side Pool & Spa.
5 stars from start to finish for Surfside pools!!! I'd give 10 if I could. We contracted Surfside pools to build our pool and redo our backyard area as well as underneath our old school house which sits on stilts. Donnie, the owner of Surfside, was with us every step of the way from design, to design change, to design change, to design change. Super friendly staff and beautiful pools!
We had Surfside add a waterfall spa to our existing pool and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! The price was as quoted, work was completed on time, and Donnie was always quick to respond to our calls and questions. He employs skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work. The attention to detail was amazing and we are thrilled with our finished spa. It is outstanding!!
