On 6/1/23, my wife and I purchased an Evolution A-Frame pool ladder at Surfside Pool Company in *************, **. We requested that it would be assembled and delivered and paid additional $50 for this. The total with tax came to $400.57. Due to the fact that no one came and measured for the ladder, it is 1 and 1/2 ft. taller than the wall of the pool. After visiting Surfside in *************, ** we bought chemicals to treat our pool. The next day our pool was a complete mess. Come to find out the service guy sold us PHplus when it really needed PHminus...he refused to take blame and said he would have never done that....3 days later he was still saying he would never have said that...well the products were sold to us we have proof.
