Stay away from this company. Absolutely awful. They said they would fix my pool heater. I never saw any evidence that they ever showed up. When I called them repeatedly over weeks, they kept saying they were waiting for a part that would cost $375. I finally called someone else. They cleaned it out and it works fine. No parts needed. It's still working great a year later.
The best place to buy pools and supplies!
Pool supplies displayed in the summer and ski gear in the winter. But the pool supplies are in the storage room if you need something. Needed a pool pillow to close my pool and they had what I needed though the showroom had been changed over for winter sports.
This is the absolute worst company out there. Was supposed to open pool, let all leaves in when they took off the cover, put the steps in, put shocker in, left the unopened bags on deck and Ground. Supposed to clean it, cleaner couldn’t do it due to injury. Rescheduled twice now. No phone call, no show! Unprofessional and the worst customer service I have yet too see.
