This is the absolute worst company out there. Was supposed to open pool, let all leaves in when they took off the cover, put the steps in, put shocker in, left the unopened bags on deck and Ground. Supposed to clean it, cleaner couldn’t do it due to injury. Rescheduled twice now. No phone call, no show! Unprofessional and the worst customer service I have yet too see.
Been using them for over 20 years. They know their stuff and their products are quality.
Had a great experience purchasing our pool last fall in Amherst and coordinating with Lindsay in Fitchburg for installation this spring. The pool required some significant pad preparation. Mike and his crew did an amazing job coming in with a bobcat, creating the pad including two truckloads of loom and gravel, making the lot look great then constructing the pool. They worked very hard and were very professional, detail oriented and good natured as well.
Very knowledgeable and always helpful. They have great service and go above and beyond for all my needs no matter how simple or complex the issue may be.
Ok for water testing and chemicals. Service is atrocious and unprofessional .
