Great customer service from great employees! I came in for a sand filter part they supposedly had in stock, which ended up being the wrong part. Instead of throwing their hands up, they problem solved and sold me the part from the floor display model, and saved the day! Thanks Ava!

Would not recommend using Surfside for your pool servicing. They took our pressure gauge at closing so we had to use them to open. Did a very poor job opening, had to come back and they still had not fully opened our pool. Skimmers were not even turned on, they had taken a piece of our filter by mistake, all of the plugs were not out, and they didn't bother fishing out the pieces of our cover they dropped in our pool. Would not use again.
Love them whatever I need for my pool, they always help me out!
