This review is long and painful just like our experience with Surfside Pool Company’s owner Rick Hajjar and his installer Rick Hallion. We primarily dealt with Rick the owner and Rick the installer who is subcontracted by Surfside Pool Company. We had several serious issues with our pool. In the end Surfside Pool Company ended up doing the right thing and sending us Mike, who actually knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, I will not be using Surfside to open or close my pool moving forward. The last 3 services there have been issues and just an overall lack of quality on work. Very disappointing having been a customer since 2018. Service used to be great so I was hoping that maybe the issues were just a fluke but it's clear to me that this an acceptable level of service. I know nothing about pools. Thank god the people at Surfside pool do. Amazing and knowledgeable service; they were able to get me what I needed and even helped me load it in my car. Thanks to Dillon, Corbin, Eva, and Pat for their help!
The team here is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They had our pool running and looking great in no time.
