We had our pool installed last summer 2025. From the start the woman we dealt with was not very knowledgeable. The delivery and installation took longer than we were told, This is probably because they have two men installing the pool! When attempting to open the pool, this summer 2026, the liner had split at the seam and the ground underneath was washing away. I’ve been going to Surfside for years and they’ve always helped with any pool issues I’ve had. Especially Jessica! On multiple occasions she’s gone above and beyond and taken the time to help me resolve things on an always hectic season.
Jessica is very knowledgeable at her job. She diagnosed my problem and now more pool time!
Staff is great! So knowledgeable and helpful!
