I stayed at the Capri Beach House the business days of spring break with my 5 kids, parents, and their little teacup yorkie. It was totally comfortable and spacious for all of us. I was actually surprised how nice it was having four bedrooms with three bathrooms was amazing and super clean and kept up with. All the dish-ware was beautiful and the fridge and freezer was so big which I loved because I have a big family. I took all of my grandkids, nieces and nephews for Spring Break. We were able to spread out, come together at night and I can not stress this enough-this was the best all around stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental! And, this is the best location. You are on the pedestrian beach but only 100 yards to the drive entrance to the beach. Back to the house, it was so comfortable and so inviting so, please consider this if you have a large gathering-it's perfect! I have already booked it for 2026, it was that nice!

We stayed at Beach House #1 over spring break, 2025, and had a wonderful time. The beach house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was also great, a super easy walk to enjoy sand and sunshine. The host family was also super responsive and made sure our stay was going well along the way which we appreciated. I would highly recommend Surfside Paradise Beach House Rental properties and we look forward to renting with them again!

Best trip! We had a super fun time. The house was clean. There were plenty of pots and pans for us to cook with. There was also a crock pot, which was great for setting up before heading down to the beach. The walk to the beach was maybe 3 minutes, probably less. Definitely worth it!
