Wow - can I say it again - WOW! By far - THE best dental practice office I have gone to. Moved to SWFL in December 2013 - struggled to find a good, quality dental office. My prayers were finally answered!! The office is clean, bright and state of the art. The office staff is exceptionally pleasant and efficient. And most importantly - the hygienist (Keely)- and Dr. Cartelli are TOP NOTCH. Keely gave me an excellent cleaning and was extremely patient during the Xray process. Josna at Surfside Dental was the absolute best Dental Assistant I have ever had the pleasure of getting! She is so very knowledgeable and kind, she actually educates you and is so passionate about what she does. You can tell really cares about each individual patient and appreciated her thoroughness, not to mention my teeth have honestly never felt so clean! She is just so good at what she does, and they are lucky to have her! Thank you Josna! -Emily
The worst dentist office I have been in. I made the appointment after confirming that they accepted my dental insurance which covers regular visits and cleaning. An assistant ran tests in several machines for over an hour, including one she claimed detects oral cancer. I only saw a dentist for less than five minutes who determined that my mouth was in good shape. Nevertheless, they refused to schedule a regular cleaning under the pretense that my gums required a deep cleaning for which they wanted to charge over $1,000.00. N... read more
