Genuinely the most fun I’ve ever had during a workout. 100% family owned (literally met the whole fam), amazing workout that got my heart rate up and burned!!! Can’t wait to try the Level 2 and 3 classes eventually. Beautiful and clean studio space. Instruction was very clear for a beginner.
If you have tried different types of workouts and are trying to find something different and unique, look no more! This is so fun and challenging.
Good workout and preparation for surfing, very enthusiastic instructors.
