I haven't stayed at Surfpoint resort as I live in Margaret River, but have heard great things. I just wanted to shout out to Nicole (Nic) the resort manager, who always goes above and beyond for her guests. Today she made the trip into town to have a guest's spectacles repaired at my optometry practice. So nice to see such amazing service from a local business. Well done Nic - I'm sure that your effort was much appreciated!
Great place to stay, fairly central to everything,the food at the local pub was a bit limiting but was tasty.pool and playground a positive for the youngsters.
We had a fantastic 7 day stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff really made our stay special. They were always friendly, cheerful, and happy to have a chat, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Having free washing and drying facilities was a huge bonus and made things so convenient. Wow where to even start! Nic, Nick and Betty took us in when we stumbled into Prevelly on day 3/half way of completing the Cape to Cape track. Their hospitality and willing to go out their way help us get back the motivation and will power to finish is the only reason we pushed on. Having a nice bed, washing machines, showers, foot spa by the fire, tea/coffee corner, amazing kitchen was really just a bonus! We will definitely be back.... by car and not foot next time.
Lovely place to stay, we stayed for 2 nights travelling through margaret river and exploring the area. Very welcoming place to stay. Met a few travellers during breakfast and dinner.
