Update as of July 28th 2025. It never happened. The supervisor that was in contact with me regarding the Walker never came through and left me hanging . Sunshine denied the authorization for a walker that would fit 135 lb of me. So I'm keeping it at one star. Avoid this company. Would you want a walker that is the size of a child's Walker with a seat that's 12 by 12 and you can't even sit on it or get up because it's so low? I'm getting so frustrated with this company. I have called every month to get a different brand of diapers for my son. All of the diapers that I keep getting are cotton diapers. I requested a plastic liner diaper every single month. I just don't understand why it's so hard to get a diaper with a plastic liner on the outside so I don't have pee everywhere. I had the not so pleasure of talking with Natalie A. who hug up on me. I understand a storm is approaching but my mother's oxygen concentrator broke this morning 9/26. They expected me to predict this was going to break on 9/24 when they called to refill oxygen tanks. Well the oxygen takes will not run a bypass machine and they're refusing to help me in any way shape or form. Not pleased with this company at all!
