Disappointing that the lounge chairs don't recline. Also dry blood was on one of the chairs
Great location. In between the beach and a tram stop. Reception lady was kind and helpful. Will be back for my next stay at the Gold Coast
Cheap as chips yet spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and everything you need. We will be back. The best bang for your buck on the GC.
-Last minute cancellation -Bad service
We stayed one night, absolutely filthy dirty, grabbed the tea towel from the cupboard it had food all over it. Cups were so gross they had stains in them. I woke up during the night with bed bug bites every where. The entire place needs a clean up and repairs done. The hand rails inside the stairwell were taped together with black tape and wire ties. Can't believe these places are allowed to get away with not meeting any standards. What a waste of my money.
