I had such a wonderful stay at Surfers International! The price was fantastic for what you get, and the location couldn’t be better — it’s in such a great spot and incredibly convenient for enjoying everything around Surfers Paradise. Do not stay there. Badly infested with cockroaches. No very clean. We had to leave early. To be fair Zoe did reimburse for nights not used.
If ther's 0 rating, i would have given that. Fully paid my stay for 3 nights, just days before my trip, they contacted me saying the room rate published on their website was wrong. No apologies extended, no other options given. It was merely an an e-mail stating my booking has been canceled and will be given full refund, at the cost of me not being able to book another hotel stay at such short notice. Shame on you Surfers International for the unscrupulous tactic!
We stay here each year for a break and love coming up here. The location is amazing across the road from the beach and Cavill ave and not far to Pacific Fair. We have an allocated parking space with a bollard which guarantee’s your parking space (provided you put the bollard up). The room is lovely, ours was clean and tidy every time. Laundry is shared and generally clean. Staff have always been amazing and accomodating, if there is a problem they will get on it straight away to resolve the issue. Always friendly.
Very dirty rooms didn't clean well a lot of sand in the room and shower has a lot of molds👎
