We stayed there again recently and weren't disappointed. Staff were friendly, location was perfect and you'll be hard up getting better beachfront rooms than at this resort. Shops are nearby and well within walking distance. Patrolled beach directly across the road and entertainment within a stones-throw. Highly recommended.
Great location. Very secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff, but really needed a clean. Dead roach in the lift all week. In room the curtains were filthy, vent sitting just above head height in shower was caked with dust, bathroom door very dirty with what looked like urine splatter up the back of it, large areas of paint pealing off walls in the bathroom, fridge door was sticky and needed a good clean and also didn't close properly (had to double check every time) and no mattress protector on the mattress just the sheet... read more
Great location
Wow wow wow..... great spot! Stayed here 3 nights. Paid direct and Jackie was great to deal with, over the phone and in person. In the middle of everything. Perfect location, secure, secure parking underneath. Great apartment for a getaway, superb views of Surfers Paradise main road and over looks right onto the beach, beach volley ball and nights markets. Apartment with ocean views. Excellent location but apartment needs updating. Blocked sink and broken tap in ensuite, remotes only worked sometimes, minimal bedding provided.
