Could do with some TLC.
Very bad experience ,old carpet, smelly sheets, cockroaches every where, do not recomend to anyone.
Two bedroom apartment. A little dated but it suited us perfectly. Only downside were the stairs. Underneath secure parking. Fabs and air conditioning. Balcony to the canal. Walking distance to Caval Avenue. Well equipped kitchen.
DON'T STAY HERE....UNIT 5 IS DISGUSTING !!! NOTE: NO LIFTS. One star because the unit block is in a nice, handy location. Place looked like it had never been cleaned and had dodgy wiring to air cons etc. We purchased disposable cups, cutlery etc. to eat off as the mismatched, dirty, cracked kitchenware needs tossing out. The furniture looked like it was scavenged from a street clean up. The units were noisy as several parties were going on, the great view was hardly able to be seen through mouldy and dirty windows and broken... read more
