Modern spacious rooms, fantastic views and only a short walk to the city centre. Has great facilities, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor heated pools, gym, tennis courts, squash courts and kids play park. Everything you need an amazing holiday
We are loving our stay. Views are incredible. Fully equipped and good facilities. Close enough to walk to shops and eateries.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff were cold and unwelcoming, and not to mention unhelpful. When we voiced our concerns towards a strong odour in our room and unhygienic ammenities such as a cupboard with dried fish in it they allowed us to move rooms and then proceeded to tell us there was nothing wrong with the first room. Staff denied us a refund for this and told us in the morning we had to move back into the same unhygienic room. If I could give a 0 I would. The room was far from clean, with an atmosphere that felt more abandoned than maintained. Opening the cupboards was particularly alarming — they were full of someone else’s belongings, as though we’d accidentally walked into a stranger’s apartment, It felt unsafe. To top it off, we discovered what appeared to be a dried-up fish tucked away inside. A lovely touch, if you enjoy surprises of the unhygienic kind.
