We had a pipe burst in our bathroom. It turns out that the piping that was used (Quest-gray plastic) had been recalled about a decade earlier because it would become brittle and break. I had Surfcoast take out all of the remaining Quest pipe, which they replaced with PEX. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I was also given photos of potential future problems in my attic, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to use surfcoast in the future. Very happy.
