Would not recommend . Pay through the nose and treated badly . I am a patient I had a fall and needed my knee dressing . Was told I had to wait 2 days for an appointment . Reception staff and manager have a care less approach. Quite shocking . Went to another practice and they fitted me in for an emergency appointment . They do not prioritise patient care
The best doctors clinic I've ever been to? I am not from the area and had to get emergency treatment for a surfing injury - They squeezed me in which likely saved me waiting for hours in the hospital ED. Clinic seemed well resourced with a mini ED inside, reception were friendly and helpful and Dr Caitlin and nurse Vicky were unreal! With any luck I won't be back, but if I need a doctor in the area, they'll be my first call! Highly recommend.
excellent service, friendly receptionists and informative doctors, I'm from out of town and it was actually an easier process than my local. (appointment, X-rays and follow up) A+
