I was really disappointed in my experience with using surfco for a mold remediation effort. We felt really good about them when they came to give an estimate, but once we moved on to the contract phase and the actual work there was a complete breakdown in communication. On numerous occasions I reached out with questions and did not get a response for days, or sometimes not at all.
