Cute enough hotel, but serious flaws to consider: safety, security, and service lacking big. First of all, someone broke a glass coffee pot on cement in the middle of the small parking area. That's ok, things happen. Problem is, desk attendant left around 6:30p on a Fri eve., and no staff to be reached except an impersonal calling service located away from the property, so big chunks of glass remained. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I never leave reviews but this was terrible. Booked to stay for the 3 nights ended up leaving and finding a new hotel on the 2nd night. Room was terrible smelled like mold the walls and door were falling apart. There was no one to help us. On the second night the fire alarm went off at 10pm and did not stop until 8am. We called the help desk and they kept saying they we’ll get someone in to turn it off but no one came. Absolutely terrible DO NOT BOOK HERE

We were looking forward to this hotel, Being familiar with San Clemente (a beautiful town) We thought this was a great choice. To make this short, when we arrived, showered and brushed our teeth, the sink smelled awful, then would not drain, as we dried our hands on the towels we noticed what appeared to be dried blood over multiple walls with finger prints.
