This is a company that does not value transparency and communication with customers. Timelines shift during renovations - especially during a pandemic - but the fact that my family and I were told on multiple occasions that our counters would be completed and installed only to find out DAY OF that no one was coming to do the work is beyond frustrating. If you are thinking of getting new counters, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Although there was an initial problem solution was expedited in a timely manner. Installers were professional and courteous. Thank you, I love the granite and sink.
