Surface Tech just refinished a 50 year old cast iron tub for me that was a bit abused. WHAT. A. DIFFERENCE. Wow, where to start? We live in an apartment complex and they contract with Surface Tech to resurface the 20+ year old tubs in the apartments. We had a crack show up at the bottom of our tub and put in the request to get it fixed. It not only took two weeks for repairs to happen, but they were dismal at best. Upon coming home from work around 5:11 p.m. there was a note saying 'Jim' from Surface Tech had been there for the tub repair. Thank heavens. I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service at Surface Tech was so poor that I hope I can save someone else from wasting their time with this company. On May the 6th I called Matt at Surface Tech to have some cracks repaired in my tub, he scheduled me for May the 14th at 9:00 On May14th a very nice lady (I think her name was Michelle) came over, but she was unable to perform the repairs because she only had a spray gun for small areas.
