I engaged with Phil to clean and polish a massive 8' x 16' marble kitchen countertop, as well as multiple rooms with imported Italian limestone floors, shower stall and an indoor Olympic size swimming pool deck. Not only did he complete the job ahead of schedule with a very competitive price, His work was better than anyone that I've hired in the past 15 years. We get our whole house done once a year by Phil. Showers, grout, travertine floors, wood floors, rugs and upholstery. They look like new when he’s done. He’s excellent at what he does and takes pride in doing a good job. Would highly recommend.
Phi did an excellent job stripping & cleaning my tile floor. Also shampooed a rug and stairs. Phil is the consumate professional. It is such a pleasure to find a professional who is meticulous and takes pride in his work. Not easy to find, these days. Great job, Phil!
Phil is a very sociable and likable person whose work is top notch! He did one entire floor of my condo carpeted throughout with wall to wall carpeting (living Rm and 2 bedrooms) and completed the work in just about an hour leaving me with beautiful looking floors.
