I hired Surface Roofing to install a new roof on my house, but the experience was not what I expected. The team was unfriendly and seemed rushed, and the quality of work was not impressive. The roof was not installed properly, and I've had to call them back multiple times to fix issues. The communication was also poor, and I had to chase them multiple times to get updates on the status of the job. The price was also higher than I expected. The whole company is outstanding. The crews are professional and respectful and went above and beyond my expectations. I have used Surface Roofing before and will use them again. I don’t hesitate referring them to others.
The company did a great job with great quality and the short time period. They sealed all possible edges and holes to prevent squirrels from getting it.
We had a garage leak and Surface Roofing was quick to diagnose and remedy the repair. They did an outstanding job. They realized in the middle of the repair that certain things were no longer necessary to replace and deducted those from the original quote. Honest, cost competitive, efficient, responsive, and professional. I will only call this company going forward for my roofing repairs.
