Dave (the owner) gave me a 5-year guarantee on the glazing job he did in my two bathrooms. After two months, the glaze started peeling. For the next several weeks I called Dave repeatedly to come and repair his work. However, he kept making excuses. First he said none of his workers were going to be near my town. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This “business” cannot back up their work. They have multiple fake addresses posted online (including this one). The only job we needed was to get our tub refinished and it took 3 appointments and over a month to get the job only half-right. There were runs in the porcelain, the caulk-job is spotty and there is overspray on the tiles. They cling to their warranty so they don’t have to deal with all of the issues when the job is finished.
