I tried the Hydrogen Therapy for the first time this morning, and what a fabulous experience it was. I highly recommend it, the massage chair was awesome, I almost feel brand new!!
The staff was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. This was my first float and I used a Pod but kept the lid up about 4 inches as I wasn’t sure how I’d feel with the lid completely closed. Once I was floating I didn’t even think of being enclosed. I do have soft tissue damage in my upper body so I did struggle a bit with the weight of the lid (on hydraulic hinges) and will use the pool for my next visit.
