A great alternative for pain management and stress relief. The sauna, took my pain down a level on the pain scale. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I felt a genuine caring for my well being. I will encourage friends and family to go. 100%. If you have chronic pain, try this.
I was greeted as soon as I went in and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Everything there was so clean and relaxing. This was a very enjoyable experience for me and it was my first time. I will be going back. 10/10!

Very friendly and informative - they'll walk you through everything and answer all your questions. It is very comfortable and clean. A bit of a learning curve the first time around, but there is a reason for everything and it'll all make sense once you get there. Will definitely be going again. Also is an awesome place for gift certificates of you're looking for a unique gift for someone. Thanks again.
